Daughter Jasmyne went to Las Vegas for Christmas and brought back some nice pics of my daughters and grand-daughter together.

We got a Christmas card from my youngest daughter Jorjanna and her fiance, Sebastian. For those who haven't seen Jorjanna since she was a little tomboy hanging around with me, prepare for a shock...
Angie and I went for our morning walk along the ocean for the Winter Solstice and took a few pictures. It's great being home for the holidays and I love this place. It's probably going to turn out to be one of the few things I've done right in life.

Check out the pics...

Flew down to San Francisco to meet with some pretty cool guys at a company called Cittio. A good time was had by all. The flying part was not so much fun. Power failure at the airport on the way down delayed (and almost cancelled) my flight.

Was forced to miss my outgoing flight because United couldn't get my bag checked even though I was there an hour and fifteen minutes before the flight. Just me, but that sounds problematic, United.

Here are a few "killing time" photos from the SFO Ordeal.

We went for a walk along the beach this morning. Thought it would be much colder. It was in the early 40s when we left the house but warmed up as we went. Beautiful day. Here are some random shots I haven't cleaned and cropped yet for an album.

Just a few pictures from our first official day of vacation. We walked the Crescent-shaped beach and went to the Jedediah Smith Redwood Forest on the far side of town. We'll be spending the day next Saturday on the Smith River watching the salmon spawn.

Taking a break and going out for some java (while taking a break from writing some java...hmmm...). Took a few pictures on the way to Dutch Bros. Above is Crescent Beach, right behind the motel Angie works at. This was taken at around 9am facing Southwest.

This is looking North up the beach at around the same time of morning.

...And the Bear says to tell you all Merry Christmas!

Angie's birthday, No. 47.

No frills this year, just cake, Martinelli's, and hubby.

Angie's 47th Birthday

here's a retrospective look at my wife's career at being herself.

Made it home from Berkeley in the wee hours. Got pulled over twice for weaving on the highway. Cops were nice. Just told me to stop and get some coffee.

Writing code this weekend from the Cannick casa on the coast.

Here's a link to some pictures from the move:
